Aqualane Shores, situated between Port Royal and Old Naples off of Gordon Drive, is one of the most exclusive communities in Naples.  Aqualane Shores is comprised primarily of 370 single family homes and townhouses on 300 dynamic gulf access lots.  Most properties in Aqualane Shores are within short walking distance to the Beach and to Third Street’s shopping and eateries.  Single family homes on gulf access canals begin at 2.5M.  There are few of these older homes left in Aqualane Shores.  Most lots of land are so desirable the older homes are knocked down for gorgeous new estates.  Bayfront lots and homes in Aqualane Shores can range from 5-10M and up.

Coquina Sands, situated adjacent to the Moorings and West of US41 offers single family homes and apartment homes with gulf access and incredible location.  Many of homes are on the water, including unique and dynamic stretches of gulf access land.  Older houses are torn down in favor of contemporary estates.  Coquina Sands includes beautiful Lowdermilk Park with ample sun and surf.  It is located just minutes to Downtown Naples, fifth Avenue and third Street South and seconds to the Moorings Plaza Shopping Center and Coastland Mall.  Water enthusiasts enjoy all the little bays within Coquina Sands such as Hurricane Harbor up through Doctor’s Pass, and out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Rock Harbor is a hidden gem in Naples located just adjacent to the East of Brookside and the emerging Gateway Triangle luxury developments.  Rock Harbor is situated off Airport Pulling Road between the Naples Airport and Davis Boulevard.  Many of the 37 single family homes are located on the Rock Creek which has indirect gulf access.  Gulf access is indirect via the bridge at US41 near Bayfront and Tin City. Royal Harbor lies on the East side of Naples Bay, just a short or bike ride to Old Naples.  This wonderful community offers buyers an opportunity to purchase direct gulf access property in Naples for much less that its pricer neighbors like Aqualane Shores and Port Royal.  Royal Harbor homes range from smaller and often older homes on canals to magnificent estates directly on Naples Bay.  The Royal Harbor Homeowners Association also includes the lovely adjacent communities of Oyster Bay and Golden Shores.  Gulf access homes homes range in price from just over 1M-5M and some less expensive condos are available as well.

Moorings is one of the original and ultra exclusive gulf access communities in Naples.  It is situated between the Gulf of Mexico to the West and US 41 to the East with Olde Naples to the South and Park Shore to the North.  Moorings feature convenient and attractive gulf access lots and some also enjoy lush golf course views.  Units range from condos of all sizes to homes of all sizes enjoying a perfect location with seamless access to all of Naples locations and activities.  Moorings HOA also offers residents private beach access via Gulf Shore Blvd with a dedicated parking and maintenance attendant.  Redesigned in 2007 the Moorings Country Club still evokes some of the original charm of the Original Landmark.  The Moorings fairway is a beautifully landscaped 18 Hole Par 63 green with 9 Par 3’s and 9 Par 4’s.  Residents may elect to become equity members of The Moorings Country Club or take advantage of the many other great golf courses in Naples.

Port Royal Naples Florida is the most exclusive gulf access community in all of Florida.  It is located at the Southern end of Naples between Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and just to the North of Gordon Pass. Port Royal’s 550 single family homes are each completely unique and mesmerizing.  Florida’s finest homebuilders are all staking claim to the lots and building architectural showpieces along Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.  At the center of it all is the beautiful Port Royal Club, situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico.  Residents of Port Royal may elect to become members at the elite Club offering tennis courts, delicious dining options and an Olympic-size swimming pool.
